Cotswold Water Park East    The GREAT NORTHERN DIVER still on Pit 126 today. (Andy Lodge/Jon Mercer). Also two Green Sandpipers, a Red Kite and a Grey Wagtail and a Peregrine hunting at Pit 132. Frampton    Two Great White Egrets, at least one CATTLE EGRET, 27 Little Egrets, four Grey Herons and 22 Cormorants coming to roost at Court Lake tonight. Also a drake Goldeneye. A SHORT-EARED OWL, a male MERLIN and a Kingfisher from Splatt Bridge this evening. (James Robinson).

Netheridge Farm    A Woodcock at the Barn Owl Centre again today. (Mark Hobson).

Quedgeley    A Woodcock at Clearwater Drive today. (Andy Chapman).

Cirencester    At Oakley Wood eight Hawfinches, 60 Bramblings, 30 Siskins, two Crossbills heard and six Marsh Tits and 170 Golden Plovers nearby at Park Corner. (Andy Jayne/Chris Snook). My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
