Cotswold Water Park East     The female SCAUP on Pit 132 again today. Also a Peregrine, a Green Sandpiper and three Pintails. (Jon Mercer).

Kempsford     The SIBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF still at Kempsford sewage works at SU165975 today. Also a Raven over the village. (Jon Mercer).

Nailsworth   A female Grey Wagtail in the garden again. A Little Egret flew over the town. At Dunkirk Mill Ponds Reserve (SO846003) 23 Black-headed Gulls, a Grey Heron, 16 Mallards, a Little Grebe, two Moorhens and a Dipper on the adjacent Nailsworth Stream. (Jake King).

Ashleworth Ham     This afternoon birds included 37 Snipe, 135 Lapwings, a Canada Goose, 164 Teal, 131 Wigeon, five Pintails, seven Shovelers, two Grey Herons, nine Fieldfares, six Long tailed Tits, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Buzzard. (John Fletcher). Pic by John.

Hampen     A Barn Owl alongside the A436 near the Brockhampton turn at 7:15am. (Steve Brown).

Frampton     This morning the roosting Tawny Owl, a Great White Egret at Court Lake and the Yellow-legged Gull at the Sailing Lake. At Splatt Bridge a Stonechat and a fly-over Little Egret from the field gate; also c10 Shelducks, c10 Curlews and two Green Sandpipers at the reedbed and flash NW of the bridge. Saul     This afternoon two CATTLE EGRETS and c8 Little Egrets at the W side of the field W of the public footpath from the Fretherne road (viewed from the middle one of three green kissing-gates on the W side of the lake). (Andy & Sue Gibbons).

WWT Slimbridge    Two Great White Egrets flew over the Rushy towards South Lake at 9:25am. (Rich Hearn).

Stonehouse    A Tawny Owl calling from trees between Stonehouse Court and St Cyr’s Church at 6pm this evening. (Paul Sutton).

Symonds Yat     In the Yat Rock area today the Peregrine pair plus an adult Peregrine perched on Great Doward Hill W of the viewpoint, three Red Kites, two Sparrowhawks, a Kestrel, Ravens, Buzzards, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, two Mistle Thrushes, a Song Thrush, three female Goosanders, a Moorhen, a Grey Heron, Long-tailed Tits and a Goldcrest.
