Bourton-on-the-Water    An OSPREY flew over the village centre heading S at 4:55pm. (Keith Jennings).

Purton     Between 7am-Midday an adult summer and an adult winter LITTLE GULL, three SANDWICH TERNS, three COMMON SCOTERS, 49 COMMON TERNS, a WHIMBREL and two Black-tailed Godwits all flew N upriver. (Francis Steuck).

Cleeve Hill   At SO995259 a SHORT-EARED OWL hunting at 4:30pm, a Red Kite circling above, c12 Skylarks and three Buzzards. (Paddy Doyle). This evening on the approach road a flock of c30 Bramblings and on the Common a male RING OUZEL. (Greg Mabbett).

Nailsworth     A male Redstart this afternoon in a garden. (Francis Steuck).

Frampton     On the Sailing Lake at 11:30am a drake Goldeneye, a Swallow, 50 Sand Martins and a Willow Warbler. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge    On South Lake three third year MEDITERRANEAN GULLS today. (Ian Hull).

Maisemore     A Red Kite over the village at 1:30pm. (Steve French).

Hartpury/Ashleworth     At 3:30pm, three Red Kites circling over woodland in Hartpury and a Red Kite circling low over Ashleworth village. Also a Red Kite on the 4th over Hartpury. Also six Swallows over Ashleworth. (Richard Humphrey).

Edge     At Rudge Hill NNR mid afternoon birds included six Meadow Pipits,
a Stonechat, three Chiffchaffs, a pair of Bullfinches, 13 Great Tits, a Jay, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a male Kestrel, a Jay and three Buzzards. (John Fletcher).
