Forest of Dean    A Barn Owl over Angus Buchanan grounds in Coleford tonight. (Geoff Fawcett).

WWT Slimbridge     This afternoon from Zeiss hide a SPOONBILL, a Great White Egret, later at Martin Smith, a Little Egret, three Redshanks, two Little Ringed Plovers and 11 Shelducks. From Kingfisher hide a female Kingfisher and a Sedge Warbler. On South Lake 49 Black-tailed Godwits and eight Avocets. (John Fletcher). Saul Warth     At high tide a pair of Oystercatchers and 25+ Ringed Plovers and 5+ Dunlins unusually roosting on the rocks to the right of Hock Ditch. (MK). Pics by Mike.

Fretherne     A Red Kite over Home Farm at 11:50am. (MK).

Framilode     A Red Kite over the Ship Inn at 1pm, possibly the same as the Fretherne bird earlier. (Roberta Goodall).

Stroud     A female Mandarin and four ducklings on Stroudwater canal next to Waitrose. (Simon Ashley).
