WWT Slimbridge     The SPOONBILL around the site still today. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Frampton pools     100+ Swifts, six Common Terns, a Yellow-legged Gull, two Cuckoos, a male Pochard, seven Gadwalls, two Yellow Wagtails, a Great White Egret, two Little Egrets, five Grey Herons, a Lapwing and 22 Shelducks today. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows     From Grundon hide a pair of Oystercatchers with two chicks, two Curlews and a Skylark. (Nicola Ellis/Ian Ralphs).

Moreton Valence     A Red Kite today at 11:45am circling low near the road. (Karen Rogers).

Longlevens    A Lesser Whitethroat seen and heard singing from a copper beech opposite Tesco Express in Old Cheltenham Road at 12:15pm. (MK).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
