Minchinhampton Common     Three Golden Plovers roosting on the common at midday, there were 36 there on 10th October. (Terry Grant). Pic by Terry.

Maisemore     Along Church Road and from the lake to the weir this afternoon birds included a Red Kite, a Sparrowhawk, a Kestrel, a Buzzard, two Little Grebes, a Cormorant, two Mute Swans, seven Linnets, a Redwing, six Goldfinches, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and seven Red-legged Partridges. Cirencester     A Peregrine on top of the parish church in plucking its prey today. (Dave Soons).

Staverton     Two Little Owls flying and calling around the car park at Gloucester Airport. (Martin Greenish).

Uley     At 3:30pm at Uley bury a female Kestrel hunting. (Nikki Smith).
