Cheltenham   At 3:15pm a Peregrine on top of one of the spires at Christchurch, another Peregrine lower down on an adjacent spire and a third Peregrine flew overhead, turned and chased off a Sparrowhawk. (David Norman).

Stroud    Today along the River Frome at Bowbridge birds included five Buzzards overhead, ten Long-tailed Tits, two Kingfishers, a Goldcrest and a Sparrowhawk. (Josh Adamms).

Frampton pools     Three Little Grebes, four Green Sandpipers, 17 Great Crested Grebes, 43 Tufted Ducks, two Pochards and 11 Redwings today. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This afternoon two adult Whooper Swans, 25 Mute Swans, 125 Greylags, 175 Canada Geese, 107 Wigeon, c40 Teal, c20 Mallards, 18 Shovelers, three Tufted Ducks, a Grey Heron, a Water Rail calling from Broadmere, 41 Lapwings, a Golden Plover over, 50 Starlings and at least 100 Jackdaws. Forest of Dean     At Cannop Ponds today two Ravens, two Nuthatches and a Coal Tit. At Longhope two Buzzards. (Chris Keeling).
