Bourton-on-the-Water     12 Little Egrets in the paddock by the Fosse Way traffic lights. (Andy Lewis).

Forest of Dean     Two Pochards on Woorgreens Lake today. (Frank Williams). On Cannop Upper pond, five Tufted Ducks amongst the Mallards, two Little Grebes and a male Mandarin. (Chris Keeling).

Gloucester     The male BLACK REDSTART on the SE corner of Gloucester Cathedral again today. Also a Peregrine. (Andy Jayne/Terry Stevenson).

Cotswold Water Park West     This afternoon until dusk at Shorncote Reedbeds eight Grey Herons, six Little Egrets, c40 Wigeon, c20 Teal, c70 Tufted Ducks, 350+ Lapwings over, a Snipe, two Water Rails seen and 8+ heard, a female Marsh Harrier mobbed by corvids at 3:10pm, a male Sparrowhawk, a pair of Kestrels, a Tawny Owl in flight at 4:35pm, a Barn Owl hunting from 4:38pm, a Kingfisher heard, c40 Redwings, c25 Fieldfares, a pair of Stonechats, a Grey Wagtail, six Long-tailed Tits, three Chiffchaffs, three Cetti’s Warblers, six Linnets and four Reed Buntings. Also a murmuration of 5000+ Starlings flew towards Keynes Park.

Frampton pools     Two female Goldeneyes on Court Lake. Also around the pools 53 Tufted Ducks, nine Great Crested Grebes, 18 Mallards, six Gadwalls, 185 Coots, five Grey Herons, 28 Pied Wagtails, a Grey Wagtail, a female Blackcap and six Siskins. (Nick Goatman). 

Fossebridge    Three Red Kites at 8:30am. (Felicity Cobb).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Four Canada Geese, 110 Wigeon, 20+ Teal, two Mallards, five Pintails, 11 Shovelers, 47 Tufted Ducks, six Pochards, a Little Grebe. c150 each of Redwings and Fieldfares, Great Tit and Mistle Thrush singing and Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming. (Mike Smart).
