WWT Slimbridge     On the Tack piece 709 Wigeon, 14 Shovelers, 187 Barnacle Geese, 127 Curlews, 32 Redshanks, two Oystercatchers and 16 Ruff. On the Dumbles 312 Wigeon, two Oystercatchers and a Peregrine. On the Rushy birds included nine Bewick’s Swans, seven Ruff, 29 Redshanks and two Wigeon.  On South Lake 220 Black-tailed Godwits, 11 Avocets, 57 Shovelers, 55 Tufted Ducks, 108 Pochard, 76 Teal, three Gadwalls, a Mandarin, a Shelduck, 28 Mallards, a Great Crested Grebe and five Cormorants. (Helen Bojaniwska/Dave Paynter). From Zeiss hide 18 Pintails, 156 Teal, 315 Wigeon, three Snipe, a Grey Heron and five Curlews. From Kingfisher hide 379 Golden Plover and 57 Wigeon. (Dot Jones).

Frampton pools     A male Goldeneye, 80 Tufted Ducks, eight Gadwalls, six Great Crested Grebes and 117 Coots today. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Bird today included 245 Wigeon, 1055 Teal, 20 Mallards, 25 Shovelers, three Pintails, 17 Tufted Dicks and ten Coot. (Mike Smart).

Tewkesbury     On Severn Ham with no distinction between the River Avon and the Ham, a lake, with only a little grass emerging on the Severn bank above the Severn weir two Mute Swans, a Grey Wagtail, a Pied Wagtail and 25 Carrion Crows. (Mike Smart).
