Berkeley shore    An adult Yellow-legged Gull at 6:30am, also two Common Sandpipers, two juvenile Yellow Wagtails and ten Oystercatchers. (Paul Taylor).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This evening at least four Whinchats, a Little Ringed Plover, a Hobby, a male Wigeon, a female Teal and 28 Lapwings. (Richard Williams/Simon Ashley). This morning a juvenile Little Ringed Plover, a Whinchat with a Stonechat W of the scrapes, a Redstart heard, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Green Woodpecker and family parties of Bullfinches and Sedge Warblers. Emperor, Southern Hawker, Brown Hawker and Ruddy Darter dragonflies and a Clouded Yellow butterfly just W of the boardwalk. (Steve Brown).

Saul Warth     On the falling tide late morning a Common Sandpiper, an Oystercatcher, two Grey Herons, 500+ Black-headed Gulls, a Cormorant, 36 Shelducks, a Grey Wagtail and two Skylarks. Three Little Egrets at Awre and four Mistle Thrushes at Fretherne. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge     Three CATTLE EGRETS on site today, two adults and a juvenile. (Slimbridge Sightings). 11 Green Sandpipers and 11 Dunlins on the Rushy.  (Terry Stevenson). A Common Tern at 10:45 am. (Alan Jones). On South Lake this morning 74 Dunlins, three Little Ringed Plovers, 43 Redshanks, 122 Black-tailed Godwits, 11 Ruff, nine Avocets, a male Pochard and the Spotted Redshank still. (Roberta Goodall).

Forest of Dean    At Cannop Ponds two Willow Warblers, a Redstart, Grey Wagtails, a Dipper and two Kingfishers flying together. (Dave Clarke).

Ozleworth     At Newark Park two broods of Spotted Flycatchers within 100m of the house. Also Crossbills over, heard but not seen. (Eric Palmer).

Cirencester     A Grasshopper Warbler reeling at 10:30pm at the Bathurst Estate on farmland W of Stratton today. (Ken Cservenka).
