Saul Warth     This morning four Grey Herons, five Little Egrets, 105+ Curlews, 34+ Black-tailed Godwits, a distant flock of 200+ Ringed Plovers and 20+ Dunlins, male and female Wheatear, male and female Stonechat, two Whinchats, two Yellow Wagtails, 19+ Meadow Pipits, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, three Swallows, a Chiffchaff singing, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Whitethroat and a Redstart. Also a pair of Coal Tits at Saul Lodge. (MK).

Stinchcombe Hill     A Wheatear, a Yellow Wagtail and a few House Martins this morning. (James Robinson).

Nailsworth     At Barton End this morning birds included a Whimbrel, two Yellow Wagtails, three Tree Pipits, seven Siskins, four Meadow Pipits, a Grey Wagtail, four Swifts, 56 House Martins, four Sand Martins and 72 Swallows. (Francis Steuck). This evening two Swifts over the house at Windsoredge at 5:25pm. (Terry Grant).

Quedgeley     A Raven back in Asda supermarket car park today. (Emile Baudot).

Minchinhampton Common     16 Wheatears this morning in one party, also at least 60-70 Phylloscopus warblers in the bushes. (Terry Grant).

WWT Slimbridge     The GREAT WHITE EGRET still showing well on the Pill Box pool from Knott hide/Estuary Tower today. (Martin McGill).

Stanley Downton     Around farm buildings near the water treatment works at 5:30pm nine Swallows, five House Martins, a pale Buzzard, a pair of of adult Peregrines play fighting, then disappeared S towards Frocester, a female Sparrowhawk and a Green Woodpecker. Also a young Grass Snake and a Slow Worm and a Mouse sp in the garden compost heap. (Paul Sutton).
