Frampton     A GREAT WHITE EGRET at Splatt flashes today, also a WATER PIPIT, five Redshanks, a pair of Stonechats, 2+ Water Rails and a Snipe. (Gordon Hodgson). The regular Tawny Owl roosting at Frampton Court today. (Josh Adamms).

Cheltenham     At Naunton Park at 7:10am a Tawny Owl  flew low over rooftops apparently into the grounds of Cheltenham College junior school. Blackcaps daily in the garden, with  a high count of four on Sunday (2m, 2f). At the University of Gloucestershire Park Campus a Mandarin, two Nuthatches, a Jay, a Goldcrest and a Common Gull. (Steve Brown). At Northfield Reservoir 5+ Redwings, at Northfield Farm two Ravens, two Red Kites and four Buzzards and at Hewletts Reservoir a female Kestrel. (Howard Smith).

May Hill   A flock of hundreds of Linnets in the windmill field, sown with set-aside crops, in the village. (Rob & Gillian Guest).

Cambridge   A Treecreeper in Rosie’s Wood today, also a Goldcrest and two Buzzards. (Dave Abrams & Hannah Willoughby).

Forest of Dean    Two male Tufted Ducks on Cannop ponds today. (Martin Green).

Stanley Downton    A Cetti’s Warbler calling along the Stroudwater Canal at SO805044. (Nigel Birch/Martin Wright).

Gloucester     At Robinswood Hill today on the SE side this afternoon three Buzzards, five Chaffinches, male and female Blackcap, a Green Woodpecker, three Song Thrushes, five Long-tailed Tits and a 100+ Woodpigeons. (John Fletcher).

Elmstone Hardwicke/Boddington     A Woodcock flushed from under a hedge near Junction 10a today. (Jeremy Squire).

Roel     c150 Golden Plovers circling over fields, three Skylarks together singing, and many more heard, a male Stonechat, a Yellowhammer, four Bullfinches, a Song Thrush heard and two Buzzards. (Andrew & Gill Worthington).

Ampney St Peter     Four Yellowhammers, a Reed Bunting, a Song Thrush and a Skylark today. (Liz & Colin Kilpatrick).

Ampney Crucis     Ten Starlings, a male Yellowhammer, 30 Redwings and 15 Fieldfares today. (Liz & Colin Kilpatrick).
