Newnham-on-Severn     Belated news of a drake COMMON SCOTER on the river at Newnham yesterday (19th) at 5pm.  It floated down on the current, then flew off down river. (John & Viv Phillips).

Saul Warth     A GREAT WHITE EGRET and five Little Egrets at 6:20am. Also 40+ Curlews, a Bar-tailed Godwit and an Oystercatcher on the river. A pair of Tufted Ducks on Saul Lodge pond and a pair of Mandarins over. (MK).

Frampton     On the flashes N of Splatt Bridge 14 Redshanks and ten Teal and a Great Crested Grebe on the canal. (MK).

Charlton Kings      A female LESSER SPOTTED WOODPECKER above Timbercombe woods this afternoon. (Rose Lennard).

Awre     A pair of Hawfinches in gardens around the village today. (Lewis Thomson).

Forest of Dean    Two Dippers at Parkend also a Grey Wagtail behind the Fountain Inn. (Alan Hooper).

Aylburton Common     A Goldcrest in the garden this morning and at least two Chiffchaffs singing in New Road at noon. (Martin Vaisey).

Cheltenham     At Park Campus a Mandarin, a Green Woodpecker and a Nuthatch.
Nearby a Raven, two Jays and a Stock Dove. (Steve Brown).

Naunton     20 singing Skylarks and four singing Corn Buntings at Chalk Hill Quarry near Naunton today. (Duncan Dine).

Tewkesbury    At Mitton on the still partly flooded field 85 Wigeon and 140 Teal. At Mythe Hook four Mute Swans, 40 Canada Geese, 17 Wigeon, six Mallards, three Pintails, four Tufted Ducks, three Coots, a Little Egret, a Kestrel, five Lapwings, ten Carrion Crows and a singing Reed Bunting. Twyning     At Upham Meadow 20 Curlews, eight Herring Gulls, two Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 5+ singing Skylarks and 42 Carrion Crows. (Mike Smart).
