Nailsworth     An OSPREY flew N along the Nailsworth valley at 6pm, circled high over over Amberley and eventually headed north again. (Terry Grant & Roy Bircher).

Rodley    Two RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS and a Great Crested Grebe on the river at 10:30am. (David Smith).

Frampton pools     A SWALLOW and 45 Sand Martins, a WHITE WAGTAIL, 16 Chiffchaffs, four Blackcaps, two Oystercatchers, three Cetti’s Warbler, two Ravens, 104 Tufted Ducks, six Gadwall and five Meadow Pipits today. (Nick Goatman).

Leighterton     Two Corn Buntings, one singing, 400m E of Bennett’s Farm. Also two Red Kites 300m further E following a tractor. (Vic Polley).

Alvington    An adult and an immature Goshawk over Clanna Country Park today. Two Lesser Redpolls feeding with Siskins and Goldfinches on the garden feeders. (Paul Woolams).

Winchcombe     A Treecreeper in an old apple tree in the garden today, the first seen here for several years. (Andrew Worthington).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Four Black-tailed Godwits, four Redshanks, two Dunlins, two Oystercatchers, 6+ Little Egrets, an adult male Peregrine, a pair of Pintails, c50 Teal and c20 Shovelers. (Ian Hull/Paul Clark).

Halmore     Three Siskins (2m, 1f) in the garden this morning. (Chris Newton).

Purton     Eight Wigeon, five Little Egrets, a Cormorant, two Common Sandpipers, two Oystercatchers, a Redshank and a Curlew. (Chris Newton).

Toadsmoor Valley     At 8am a Raven over, two Treecreepers by the stream above the top lake and two Green Woodpeckers in a field above the road. (Nikki Smith).

Cheltenham     At Naunton Park, two garden Jays. Also a Chiffchaff and a singing Blackcap still.  At Pilley Bridge reserve, three singing Chiffchaffs, a Blackcap and a Coal Tit. (Steve Brown).
