Around the pools a Little Egret, 25+ Gadwalls, Yellow-legged Gull, four Buzzards, a Sparrowhawk, four Skylarks, five Meadow Pipits, a Kingfisher, nine Chiffchaffs, a Cetti’s Warbler, 16 Long-tailed Tits, 1+ Nuthatch, a Bullfinch, five Jays and a Weasel. Quedgeley At Shelduck Road this morning, two Swallows, six Skylarks, two Meadow Pipits and two Linnets over the garden all heading S and a loose flock of 19 Jays also heading S and a Chiffchaff heard briefly. In the night three Hedgehogs, two Foxes fighting in the front garden and a Tawny Owl calling from the canal area. (Steve Pullen).
