Frampton pools     A Cattle Egret, nine Egyptian Geese, the adult Yellow-legged Gull, 161 Wigeon, 96 Gadwalls, 25 Shovelers, 39 Tufted Ducks, three Pochards, a Kingfisher and five Redwings today. (Nick Goatman).

Painswick Beacon     A female Merlin hunting Redwings and another 92 Brambling through this morning and a male Ring Ouzel yesterday. (Francis Steuck).

Nailsworth area     A small movement along Nailsworth Valley this afternoon included 175+ Redwings, 20+ Chaffinches, a Red Kite and six Jays while at Barton End a flock of 600+ Golden Plovers and three Red Kites. (Terry Grant).

WWT Slimbridge     A BITTERN flew into the reeds in front of the Van de Bovenkamp hide at 12:45pm and three White-fronted Geese on the Top New Piece. (Roy Kinchin).

Bishops Cleeve     A Red Kite 1/4 mile N of Bishops Cleeve at 9:20am. (Dave Jeynes).
