Sharpness     A male BLACK REDSTART showing well on Dock Road again today. Also 80+ Wigeon, a Grey Heron, two Little Egrets, four Redshanks, a Curlew, a Buzzard and two Peregrines. (Neil Smart/Clare Glanville).

Gloucester     A BLACK REDSTART still on the Cathedral this morning. (Colin Edwards).

WWT Slimbridge     Birds from Zeiss hide this morning included a Marsh Harrier, a Peregrine, a Kestrel, c200 Wigeon, c300 Dunlins, c100 Lapwings, several Teal and two Great White Egrets. Also a report from Estuary Tower of a Peregrine chasing a Goshawk. (Chris Newton).

Forest of Dean    30+ Bramblings at Cannop ponds. (Piers Suckling).

Frampton     A Chiffchaff on the approach to Nastfield Farm and 100+ Lapwings in the fields there. Also the regular roosting  Tawny Owl in Court Field. (Terry Grant/Jeremy Holland). A Red Kite over this afternoon. (Nigel Young).

Ashleworth Ham     This afternoon a Mute Swan, 74 Greylags, two Canada Geese, 69 Teal, 47 Wigeon, two Moorhens, three Grey Herons, three Little Egrets, a Cormorant, a Buzzard, a Peregrine, a Jay, two Fieldfares, two Chaffinches and two Roe Deer. (John Fletcher).
