WWT Slimbridge Hundreds of Golden Plovers on the Tack Piece. 15 Snipe between Rushy hide, South Lake and Martin Smith hide, two Water Rails under the feeders from Willow hide, seven Common Cranes on the Dumbles and Tack Piece, a Marsh Harrier buzzing the Lapwing flock on the Tack Piece, a male Mandarin from Rushy hide, two Black-tailed Godwits on South Lake. Frampton On the Sailing lake at 10:30am three Little Grebes, a Shoveler, eight Great Crested Grebes, three Cormorants, 11 Tufted Ducks, 49 Black-headed Gulls, five Mute Swans, 151 Coots and a Raven.
