Sapperton     At Park End Corner a Goshawk and at least 40 Bramblings with Yellowhammers and Chaffinches this morning. (Andrew Morrison & Tom Costello).

WWT Slimbridge     A SPOONBILL on the Tack Piece, the Dark-bellied Brent Goose, three PINK-FOOTED GEESE, three Snow Geese and the Ross’s Goose from Estuary Tower and two Egyptian Geese on South Lake. (Tim Jukes/Dot Jones).

Gloucester     The male BLACK REDSTART on the Cathedral and 1pm and two Peregrines flew away to the S. (Paul Clark).

Didmarton     140+ Stock Doves, 30+ Yellowhammers, 30+ Blue Tits and four Jays. (Terry Grant).

Stroud     At Fromebanks two Dippers, a Kingfisher and a Grey Wagtail this morning. (Mike Davis).

Churchend, Eastington     A Dipper on the River Frome at 3:35pm. (MK).

Maisemore     From Church Road, Court Lake and upstream from there birds included 250+ mixed Bramblings and Chaffinches at SO 815230, a Green Woodpecker, 12 Red-legged Partridges, 12 Fieldfares, four Redwings, a Mistle Thrush, two Long-tailed Tits, 11 Mallards, four Mute Swans, a Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming, two Buzzards and a Cormorant. Ozleworth area     Seven Buzzards, two Red Kites, three Yellowhammers, several small flocks of Chaffinch one with c30 birds, 500+ Carrion Crows, c350 Woodpigeons, 60+ Redwings, a Raven, two Jays, a Red-legged Partridge and a female Sparrowhawk. (Paul Sutton).
