Frampton pools     Nine male Pochards, 154 Tufted Ducks, 61 Gadwalls, 25 Mallards, 166 Coots, 11 Great Crested Grebes, five Teal, 17 Shovelers, a Chiffchaff, a Cetti’s Warbler, three Treecreepers, a Nuthatch and four Ravens today. (Nick Goatman).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     WeBS count today birds included ten Canada Geese, four Shelducks, 300 Wigeon, 300 Teal, two Oystercatchers, a Snipe, 30 Dunlin, 320 Curlews, 10+ Redshanks, a Great Black-backed Gull, five Skylarks, three Meadow Pipits and two Ravens. (Barrie Mills/Mike Smart).

Lydney to Warth Brook     WeBS count today birds included two Cormorants, 50 Black-headed Gulls, 22 Herring Gulls, two Lesser Black-backed Gulls, two Great Black-backed Gulls and four Mallards. (Barrie Mills).

Hucclecote    A Chiffchaff for the last three days feeding on greenfly in the garden. Also a Blackcap feeding on Mistletoe berries. (Terry Fenton).
