Forest of Dean     Two Hawfinches at Crown Lane, Parkend. At Parkend Church two Siskins and a Brambling. At New Fancy View 2 or 3 Goshawks displaying and a Crossbill. Gloucester     A male BLACK REDSTART flitting about on S side of the Cathedral at 11:25am. (Andy Jayne). A Chiffchaff singing along the canal towpath this afternoon c3-4 miles S of Gloucester. (Geoff Bryant).

Chavenage Lane area     At least 11 Stonechats (4m, 7f), two Red Kites, 200+ Golden Plovers roosting in a Linseed field, five Mistle Thrushes and 30+ Stock Doves. (Terry Grant).

Minsterworth Ham     Two Shelducks, ten Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Buzzard, two Skylarks singing, 120 Fieldfares, a Raven and 18 Carrion Crows. (Mike Smart).

Stonehouse     Two Lesser Redpolls with three Siskins and a small flock of Goldfinches and some Long-tailed Tits and a Treecreeper at Ryeford near the locks. (Paul Sutton).
