In the woods N of New Fancy today, two Goshawks over together and another harassed by three Buzzards, six Goldcrests, a female Crossbill, a Grey Wagtail, at least 20 Chiffchaffs, 40 Siskins, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Treecreeper and a pair of Greylags over. Coombe Hill Meadows Mid afternoon from Grundon hide three Little Ringed Plovers, 131 Black-tailed Godwits, six Little Egrets and two Oystercatchers. (John Fletcher).
