Coombe Hill Meadows    30+ Lapwings with at least four chicks, 12 Little Egrets, three Little Ringed Plovers, 4+ Redshanks and 10+ Swifts. (Les Ditchburn). In the evening a pair of Avocets with three chicks and a Green Sandpiper. (Eric Harris).

Cotswold Water Park East     A Little Owl at two different sites today. (Duncan Dine).

Gloucester     At Horsbere Brook FSA this morning a Buzzard over low, being mobbed by gulls before drifting off eastwards. Birds still singing included a Reed Warbler, four Reed Buntings and a Whitethroat, and at least five Skylarks singing over the adjacent farmland. (Caroline Quinn).
