Cotswold Water Park West     The SPOONBILL flew in at Shorncote reedbeds at 7:30am. (Nigel Sluman).

Cotswold Water Park East    At Fairford at Pit 104 seven Goosanders (5m), 78 Wigeon, 32 Tufted Ducks, three Pintails, seven Teal, six Great Crested Grebes, three Mallards, a Sparrowhawk, a Buzzard, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Green Woodpecker, a Kingfisher, a pair of Bullfinches and two Stock Doves today. (Paul Masters). At Kempsford Sewage Works at least eight Chiffchaffs, a Goldcrest, a Wren and a Pied Wagtail late this afternoon. At Whelford Pools late afternoon three Goosanders, 37 Teal, 30 Tufted Ducks, 11 Gadwalls, four Shovelers and a Sparrowhawk. (Ian Sherriffs).

WWT Slimbridge     The first-winter drake SCAUP and a female Goldeneye on South Lake today. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Gloucester    The male BLACK REDSTART on the SE side of the Cathedral today, also the regular pair of Peregrines. (Andy Jayne/Justin Taylor).

Fairford     Four Grey Partridges at Farhill Farm at SP16651 02363 today. (David Creber).

Stonehouse     The redhead Goosander fishing on the canal at Ryeford lock at 9am. Also 22 Goldfinches and 2+ Siskins. (MK). Also a Kingfisher near Nutshell Bridge. (Paul Sutton).

Dursley     This morning a Dipper at Water Street, a Treecreeper, a Green Woodpecker, a Kingfisher and a Jay between Dursley bowls club and Ewelme Close. (Shane Long).

Forest of Dean     6+ Hawfinches at Crown Lane, Parkend. 13 Goosanders on Woorgreens Lake. (Mark Hobson/Roy Kinchin/Mike Davis). A pair of Dippers behind the Fountain Inn. (Mike Davis).

Thrupp     A Dipper on the River Frome at Ham Mill Lane early afternoon. (MK).

Frampton     A Barn Owl hunting at Splatt Bridge at 7:30am. (Allan Jeffcutt). Three Goldeneyes (1m, 2f) on the Sailing Lake at the Pools. Also 30 Redwing and five Mistle Thrushes. (Peter Bryant/Alan Daniells).

Arlingham     A covey of five Grey Partridges today. (Magnus Carter).

Saul Warth     At high tide late afternoon 13 Grey Plovers, eight Curlews, nine Dunlins, a Common Sandpiper, a Redshank and 265+ Lapwings N. (MK).

Elmore     At the re-wilding area this afternoon, a Green Sandpiper, a Little Egret, three Grey Herons, 20 Common Gulls, two Kestrels, two Buzzards, two Jays, four Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Green Woodpecker, 14 Meadow Pipits, 12 Linnets, 100+ each of Fieldfares and Redwings and a Fox. Maisemore     A Tufted Duck, two Little Grebes, six Moorhens, five Coots, a Chiffchaff, a Cormorant, four Mute Swans, 96 Chaffinches, eight Redwings 60+ Fieldfares, a Buzzard, a Jay, two Ravens, five Long-tailed Tits and male and female Great Spotted Woodpeckers. (John Fletcher).
