Frampton    On the Sailing Lake a male Goldeneye, two Goosanders and 37 Golden Plovers flew over S. Around the pools 20+ Lesser Redpolls, a Siskin, a Treecreeper, a Peregrine, two Ravens, two Nuthatches. A Chiffchaff at Court Lake and another by the Sailing Lake. On Court Lake a Great White Egret, six Little Grebes, a female Bullfinch and a Cetti’s Warbler heard. (Nick Goatman/Shane Long/Paul Sutton/MK). From Splatt Bridge a female MERLIN perched up and a Water Rail calling. (Shane Long).

Saul Warth    Five Grey Plovers, 150+ Dunlins, a Lapwing, 20 Curlews and a Grey Wagtail just before high tide this afternoon. (MK).

Cotswold Water Park West     This morning at Shorncote Reedbeds a Barn Owl at 7:45am, 350+ Lapwings, four Water Rails, a male Stonechat, three Cetti’s Warblers and seven Little Egrets. On Pit 9 a Great White Egret. On Pit 12 five Goldeneyes (4m, 1f) and 28 Red Crested Pochards Pit 75 3+ Pintails and at Neigh Bridge car park two Siskins. (Jon Mercer).

Cotswold Water Park East     21 Chiffchaffs at Kempsford Sewage Works today. (Nigel Pleass). A 1 Green Sandpiper, a Grey Wagtail, 25+ Pied Wagtails, a Meadow Pipit, a Goldcrest, 120+ Redwings, 30+ Fieldfares and a Bullfinch at Kempsford STW or in the field with public footpath along edge opposite. Castle Eaton    45 Teal and seven Little Egrets on River Thames floods N of Castle Eaton this morning, on the Glos side of the river. (Peter Jackson).

Chavenage Lane area     Four Grey Partridges, five Red-legged Partridges, 430+ Fieldfares, 80+ Redwings and a Red Kite. (Terry Grant).

Stonehouse     The redhead Goosander on the Ocean at Stonehouse at SO7978705057 today. (Andy Tully). Near St Cyr’s church, a Little Grebe on the canal. (Paul Sutton).

Winchcombe    From Delavale Road, towards Langley Hill this afternoon nine Red Kites, a Buzzard, a Raven, c5 Magpies, and two Carrion Crows. (John Kime).

Prestbury     Five Siskins at Cockroft Lane at 12:33pm. A female Grey Wagtail in the garden today. Also two Red Kites, four Buzzards, and a Goldcrest. (Ken Heron).

Charlton Kings    In the Beeches area at least four Lesser Redpolls on the sunflower seed feeder this morning, along with male and female Blackcap, the usual Goldfinches and the first Greenfinch this winter. (Rose Lennard).

Rendcomb     At first light at least three Tawny Owls hooting distantly from different directions, a Raven, a Buzzard, a Red Kite and Siskins heard. (Steve Brown).

Cheltenham     A Marsh Tit in the garden this morning. (Jeremy Holland). A male Tufted Duck on Pittville Lake this afternoon. (Dawn Ballinger). At Naunton Park, two garden Blackcaps (m&f). (Steve Brown).

Chalford     From Chalford to Bakers Mill this morning two Lesser Redpolls, a Marsh Tit, a Dipper, a Goldcrest, a Grey Wagtail, a pair of Mandarins, a Nuthatch, four Coal Tits and two Buzzards. (Jeremy Nottingham).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning 30 Greylags, 100 Canada Geese, a Shelduck, c1000 Wigeon, two Gadwalls, c500 Teal, 50 Mallards, 75 Pintails, 75 Shovelers, three Tufted Ducks, a Red Kite, a female Peregrine hunting, three Coots, 200 Lapwings, two Dunlins with the Lapwing flock, three Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 16 Herring Gulls, two Common Gulls, 150 Black-headed Gulls and 12 Pied Wagtails. Ashleworth Ham     100 Greylags, 170 Canada Geese, 500 Wigeon, six Gadwalls, 250 Teal, 80 Mallards, ten Pintails, five Shovelers, a Coot and 800 Lapwings. (Mike Smart/Gordon Avery).
