Purton     Two pale phase ARCTIC SKUAS flew low upriver mid channel at 12:02pm. 27 LITTLE GULLS flew N at 9:45am. (Francis Steuck).

WWT Slimbridge     From Estuary Tower this morning, 26 LITTLE GULLS low up river (presumed same as Purton),  20+ Commic Terns high over Purton, seven Bar-tailed Godwits, a Whimbrel, 90+ Dunlins, 25+ Ringed Plovers and four GARGANEYS. (Neil Smart). Earlier three ARCTIC TERNS and two adult breeding plumage LITTLE GULLS flew NE upriver also a CORN BUNTING past the tower close in. (Martin McGill). From Knott Hide this morning at least four Sedge Warblers, two Reed Buntings, a Kingfisher, a Little Grebe, and a male Shelduck driving off a pair of Tufted Ducks. (Chris Newton).

Saul Warth     At high tide early morning 65 Bar-tailed Godwits, two Greenshanks, an Avocet, eight Whimbrels, a Green Sandpiper, a Common Sandpiper, 20 Curlews, five Grey Plovers, four Dunlins, six Oystercatchers, a Peregrine, 136+ Sand Martins and three Swallows N. (Paul Rich/MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows    A Yellow Wagtail, two drake GARGANEYS and three LITTLE GULLS, two adults and a first-summer. (Ian Hull). 11 Little Egrets this afternoon. (Duncan Dine). Also today four Mute Swans, a Greylag, five Canada Geese, ten Shelducks, eight Wigeon, 60 Teal, 15 Gadwalls, 20 Mallards, 73 Shovelers, five Tufted Ducks, five Great Crested Grebes, a Little Grebe, five Grey Herons, 30 Coots, three Oystercatchers, eight Lapwings, two Curlews, a Ruff, four Redshanks, a Green Sandpiper, ten Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 20 Black-headed Gulls, 5+ Swallows, 100+ Sand Martins, at least five Redstarts, a Cetti’s Warbler, 5+ Sedge Warblers, 5+ Blackcaps, 8+ Chiffchaffs and 1 or 2 Reed Buntings. Cotswold Water Park West     At Pit 132 this morning a Common Tern and a Whitethroat singing. (Ian Sherriffs).

Aylburton     At Chapel Hill a Red Kite being mobbed by a gull. (Martin Vaisey).t 2pm 1+ Red Kites from the main road just before the Tunstall turning. (Stephen Curtis & Carol Rushton).

Dowdeswell Reservoir     This morning a pair of Great Crested Grebes displaying and two Canada Geese. (Howard Taylor).

Edge     At Rudge Hill NR, SO846091 a Red Kite over low, a Green Woodpecker, a pair of Kestrels, a Peregrine over heading SW, a Swallow, three Willow Warblers, a Chiffchaff, two Nuthatches, a Meadow Pipit and three pairs of Linnets. (Ian Elphick).

Alderton     Three Yellow Wagtails and 15 Pied Wagtails in horse paddocks outside the village. Also two Swallows and a pair of Kestrels. (Graham Tompsett).

Fromebridge     A Barn Owl in a field behind the highways depot near M5/J13 at 7:30pm. (Paul Sutton).
