Frampton pools     A Redstart, four Yellow Wagtails, two Common Sandpipers, a Hobby, a Reed Warbler still feeding young, two Common Terns and three young, two pairs of Goldcrests with young, an adult Yellow-legged Gull, 30+ Swifts, 20+ House Martins, 16 Blackcaps and 22 Chiffchaffs today. Saul Warth     Between 7:30-10am two Greenshanks, a Whimbrel heard, 81 Curlews, 115 Dunlins, 53 Avocets, 50 Shelducks, 15 Little Egrets, two Kestrels and a Little Owl briefly. For the second day running the flock of small waders flew off towards WWT before high tide. (MK).

Walmore Common     Six Whinchats again, but keeping low and elusive in the breezy weather. (Andy Jayne).

WWT Slimbridge    Three Greenshanks and nine Green Sandpipers on the Tack Piece from Robbie Garnett hide. (Sam Walker).

Longney Crib     This afternoon birds included a Common Sandpiper, 68 Mallards, 17 Canada Geese, 32 Greylags, five Little Egrets, five Linnets, two Swallows, four Great Black-backed Gulls and a Grey Heron. (John Fletcher).

Guscar Rocks     This evening three Snow Geese and 258 Curlews. (Mike Smart).
