Purton     The drake COMMON SCOTER on the canal by the timber ponds again today. (Jeremy Squire).

WWT Slimbridge    Two Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 14 White-fronted Geese and a Little Stint on the Dumbles from Estuary Tower. Also a Goshawk flew through. Four Bewick’s Swans on the Rushy. The immature SPOONBILL on South Lake. A Cattle Egret flew over the car park. (Warren Gill/Magnus Carter/Paul Clack).

Saul Warth     This morning three Egyptian Geese, three Pintails, 44 Curlews, the male Wheatear still (11th day), a Stonechat, a Rock Pipit, 15 Meadow Pipits, a Grey Wagtail, two Chiffchaffs, a Redwing and three Reed Buntings. (MK).

Frampton pools     At lunchtime a female Goosander, the adult Yellow-legged Gull, a pair of Red Crested Pochards, three male Pintails, three male Pochards, 36 Gadwalls, eight Teal, 16 Wigeon, 40+ Tufted Ducks, six Mallards, six Great Crested Grebes and 36 Cormorants. (Nick Goatman).

Westbury Strand     This morning 16 Egyptian Geese. (Andy Jayne).

Maisemore    At Leadon Meadows three Shelducks, 53 Shovelers, three Wigeon, 50 Mallards, 43 Pintails, 80 Teal and a Red Kite. (Andy Jayne). This afternoon 12 Moorhens, 100+ Mallards, two Little Egrets, two Cormorants, a male Sparrowhawk, three Red Kites, three Buzzards, two Ravens, 44 Fieldfares, four Redwings, three Long-tailed Tits and 29 Jackdaws. Epney     Nine Golden Plovers, 115 Lapwings and 50 Curlews S of the Anchor at 10am. (MK).

Cheltenham     A Nuthatch and a Fieldfare in the garden near Cheltenham Racecourse today. (Paul Watkins).

Leckhampton     A male Blackcap feeding in the garden this morning. (John Casswell).
