WWT Slimbridge     The WOOD SANDPIPER still on the Tack Piece with 12 Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper, a Little Ringed Plover and a Garganey. The Knot still on South Lake with two Spotted Redshanks and the Tundra Bean Goose. A Great White Egret at Willow hide. Two SPOONBILLS and a Great White Egret. Saul Warth      Early morning high tide 77 Curlews, 46 Avocets, 51 Dunlins, three Ringed Plovers, five Sanderlings, a summer plumage Turnstone, 29 Shelducks, a Little Egret, four Grey Herons, three Kestrels, two Pied Wagtails, a Grey Wagtail, a Chiffchaff, a Whitethroat, two Blackcaps, ten Swallows and 19 Mistle Thrushes. Forest of Dean    At Rodmore Grove near Clanna today two Sparrowhawks, two Buzzards, two Hobbies, a Swift, 30+ House Martins, two Nuthatches and 15+ Mistle Thrushes. Around Woorgreens and Crabtree Hill today a Grey Heron, two Green Woodpeckers, a flock of 40+ Blue Tits, 10+ Willow Warblers, two Garden Warblers, a Lesser Whitethroat, five Whitethroats, two Spotted Flycatchers, three Redstarts, eight Stonechats, a Tree Pipit, 15 Crossbills and two Siskins. Frampton pools     This evening 14 Swifts, 30+ House Martins, 40+ Sand Martins, 15+ Swallows, three Teal, four Gadwalls and two Common Terns. This morning a Willow Warbler, three Lesser Whitethroats, a Cattle Egret and a Common Tern. (Nick Goatman).

Elmore Court     In the rewilding area at lunchtime four Whinchats with at least eight Stonechats. (Steve Pullen).

Broadoak     Six Ring-necked Parakeets along Hawkins Lane at 10:30am. (Steve Pullen).

Cleeve Hill    This morning 19 Stonechats, a Whinchat, two Redstarts, three Tree Pipits, nine Ravens, a Reed Bunting and seven Corn Buntings. Also Whitethroat, Chiffchaffs, Garden Warbler, Linnet, Yellowhammer and an Adder. (Ian Ralphs).

Halmore     Birds in the woods today included many Chiffchaffs including juveniles, a Willow Warbler, a female Blackcap, a Song Thrush, two Nuthatches and a Great Spotted Woodpecker. (Chris Newton).

Tirley      30+ Greenfinches including juveniles in the garden this morning. (Robin Lewis).

Epney     South of the Pilot Inn at 5:50am 120+ Mallards, a Little Egret and oddly a juvenile Moorhen going up the middle of the river. (MK).
