Saul Warth Early morning high tide a Knot, 17 Black-tailed Godwits, 122 Curlews, 20 Shelducks, a Cattle Egret, seven Little Egrets, three Grey Herons, two Buzzards, two Kestrels, a Whinchat, two Yellow Wagtails flew E, six Pied Wagtails, a Grey Wagtail, two Chiffchaffs, two Blackcaps and three Swallows. Ashleworth Ham A CEF ringing session today caught 59 birds including three Redstarts, two Sedge Warblers, a Reed Warbler, four Whitethroats, a Chiffchaff, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, 16 Long-tailed Tits, a Linnet, 11 Goldfinches and two Bullfinches.
