Saul Warth     From 6:15am 109 Curlews, a Whimbrel, 31 Avocets, 12 Dunlins, three Ringed Plovers, five Grey Herons, six Little Egrets, a Great Black-backed Gull caught and ate a Mole, three Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Chiffchaffs, eight Skylarks, a Yellow Wagtail and a Reed Bunting. The escaped Birdland Greater Flamingo distant at Middle Point. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge     From Stephen Kirk/Robbie Garnett hides a Wood Sandpiper, three Green Sandpipers, three Ruff, six Yellow Wagtails, two Avocets, House Martins and the escaped Greater Flamingo flew in from the river. From Middle Point 15 Curlews on the field, six Yellow Wagtails amongst the cattle, a Cormorant, a Little Egret, a Grey Heron, a Reed Bunting and a Reed Warbler with young calling. On the Rushy two Common Terns, a Greenshank, two Redshanks, three Spotted Redshanks, Lapwings, a Little Grebe, Goldfinches bathing and a Clouded Yellow. (Andrew & Gill Worthington/Martin Tayler). Daglingworth     A flock of 30+ Corn Buntings this afternoon, also a female Redstart and two Grass Snakes. (Andrew Morrison).

Westbury-on-Severn    A Whinchat, a Stonechat and six Reed Buntings at Westbury Strand this morning. Also three Ring-necked Parakeets nearby at Quay Lane, Broadoak and a Yellow-legged Gull was on the river yesterday evening. (Andy Jayne). Also at Quay Lane two Yellow Wagtails, seven Cormorants and a Jersey Tiger moth. (Oliver Paisey).

Frampton pools     At the sailing lake Sail lake this morning a Peregrine, a Hobby, 15 Swifts, 12 House Martins, 40 Sand Martins, ten Swallows, six Lesser Whitethroats, three Whitethroat, an adult Yellow-legged Gull, four Common Terns and two Tufted Ducks with 1 and 2 ducklings. This evening at Court Lake three Great White Egrets, eight adult Little Egrets with three juveniles and 18 Cormorants in the roost. Also a baby Grass Snake. (Nick Goatman).

Elmore Court     In the rewilding area this afternoon, the pond at the top of the service road had a Green Sandpiper, a Grey Wagtail and a Buzzard. Around the fields two Whinchats, six Stonechats, four Reed Warblers, two Whitethroats, four Buzzards, a Skylark, nine Linnets, ten Goldfinches and a Reed Bunting. (Bridgette King/MK).

Stinchcombe Hill     A Tree Pipit flew N over the Hill this morning. At least two Spotted Flycatcher families at the north end and the first two Common Gulls of the autumn arrived on Wednesday. (James Robinson).
