Saul Warth     Over high tide between 10am-12:30pm 47 Avocets, 120 Curlews, a Curlew Sandpiper, 150 Dunlins, three Sanderlings, 100 Ringed Plovers, a Common Sandpiper, 191 Shelducks, two Little Egrets, 21 Cattle Egrets, the escaped Greater Flamingo, two Swallows, a Willow Warbler and two Clouded Yellows. Frampton    On Court Lake this evening 42 Cattle Egrets, 12 Little Egrets, two Great White Egrets, a Spotted Flycatcher, a Willow Warbler, two Tawny Owls and two Kingfishers. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning three Buzzards, a Sparrowhawk, a Kestrel, three Grey Herons, two Ravens, three Meadow Pipits, two Bullfinches, two Greenfinches, three Chiffchaffs, a juvenile Reed Warbler, 30+ Clouded Yellow butterflies, 10+ Migrant Hawkers and 10+ Willow Emerald damselflies. Beachley Point     Birds this afternoon included 40 Teal, 12 Oystercatchers, a Ringed Plover, 18 Curlews, three Redshanks, a Little Egret, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, five Coal Tits, a Swallow, two Chiffchaffs, 20 Long-tailed Tits, a Blackcap, two Firecrests, a Treecreeper, two Bullfinches and eight Linnets. Nailsworth     At Barton End five species of raptors in less than 10 minutes two Buzzards, a Hobby, a Goshawk, a Kestrel and a Red Kite. (Terry Grant).
