Saul Warth     Early morning no tide, a YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER, a patch tick, in bushes along the edge of the path to Hock Cliff at 9:15-9:40am. Not relocated later by other birders. Also 184 Curlews, 250+ Avocets, three Bar-tailed Godwits, nine Grey Plovers, 18 Grey Herons, a Great White Egret, two Little Egrets, four Chiffchaffs, a Cetti’s Warbler, a Grey Wagtail, 40 Meadow Pipits and a Clouded Yellow and a Speckled Wood. WWT Slimbridge     The very elusive GLOSSY IBIS dropped into South Lake this afternoon for just 10 minutes at 1:35pm. (Terry Stevenson).

Sharpness     Around the shore at the far end of Dock Road 12 Wigeon, a Common Sandpiper, two Grey Herons, two Stonechats, two Meadow Pipits, six Linnets, a Grey Wagtail, a Green Woodpecker, c200 Starlings and a hunting male Sparrowhawk. (Chris Newton).

Frampton pools     35 Cattle Egrets, three Great White Egrets, five Little Egrets, five Grey Herons, 11 Wigeon, four Pochards, 53 Gadwalls, 16 Shovelers, 44 Teal, a Green Sandpiper, 34 Cormorants, 14 Great Crested Grebes, six Little Grebes, three Kingfishers, six Mistle Thrushes, five Jays, four Chiffchaffs and three Tawny Owls this evening.
