Nailsworth     An OSPREY flew W at 4:40 pm and dropped to tree top height over Windsoredge, heading towards Woodchester Park. (Terry Grant).

Tirley Sandpits     15+ Chiffchaffs, two Ravens, four Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 15+ House Martins, 21+ Swallows, 4+ Bullfinches, 13+ Whitethroats, two Green Woodpeckers, two Skylarks, two male Redstarts, two Pied Wagtails, two Stock Doves, two Willow Warblers, a Yellowhammer and a Lesser Whitethroat. (Mark Grieve).

Edge     At Rudge Hill NNR 14 Meadow Pipits, two Buzzards, eight Long-tailed Tits, four Chiffchaffs, two Bullfinches and a Green Woodpecker. (John Fletcher).

Symonds Yat    In the Yat Rock area the Peregrine pair and juvenile male, a Goshawk, Buzzards, 15 Ravens kettling together, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, Song Thrushes, Pied Wagtails and a Goldcrest. Other sightings included Large White, Holly Blue, Painted Lady, Meadow Brown, Ringlet, Green-veined White,  Small Tortoiseshell and Gatekeeper butterflies, Hummingbird Hawk Moths and a buck Fallow Deer. Coombe Hill Meadows     A pair of Mute Swans with four cygnets, a juvenile Shelduck, a Teal, six Little Egrets, two Grey Herons, 60 Lapwings, an immature Redshank, at least three Green Sandpipers, two Redstarts, three Whinchats, Sedge Warblers still churring in ditches, a few juvenile Chiffchaffs calling from hedges and a Reed Bunting.
