WWT Slimbridge    A SPOONBILL this afternoon on South Lake, also a Mediterranean Gull, a drake GARGANEY still, 180 Black-tailed Godwits, two Snipe and a Kingfisher. Frampton     A GREAT WHITE EGRET showing well in the reedbed N of Splatt Bridge at 5pm today. (Tony Eveleigh). The SPOONBILL seen to land in the 100-Acre early morning viewed from Splatt Bridge, also a SHORT-EARED OWL here and a Willow Warbler singing at Court Lake. (Gordon Hodgson).

Hawling     The GREAT GREY SHRIKE still today. (Bob Fryer).

Ashley     Eight Buzzards, 13+ Skylarks, four Green Woodpeckers, two Kestrels, four Yellowhammers, five Stock Doves, two male Wheatears, 8+ Chiffchaffs, a Raven, 40+ Linnets, five Redwings, a Bullfinch, 60+ Fieldfares, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, two Nuthatches, a Jay, three Blackcaps, a Red-legged Partridge, a Raven and a Red Kite. Also Brimstone, Comma and Small Tortoiseshell butterflies. (Mark Grieve).
