WWT Slimbridge     The immature LITTLE GULL on and off on South Lake today, with a short visit to Frampton Sailing Lake early morning. (Nick Goatman). Also today the Dark-bellied Brent Goose still on the Dumbles, a pair of GARGANEY on South Lake, six Mediterranean Gulls around the grounds and a singing SEDGE WARBLER. (Martin McGill/Roberta Goodall/Paul Rich). Cleeve Hill     The GREAT GREY SHRIKE in the the heather enclosure until 4:30pm at least.  (Tom Mabbett/Les Ditchburn/Ken Smallwood).

Hawling     The GREAT GREY SHRIKE still this afternoon. (Dave Morgan).

Ashleworth Ham     The drake GREEN-WINGED TEAL again this afternoon at 4:15pm from the viewing screen below the hide. Also two Little Egrets, several Black-tailed Godwits, two Oystercatchers and two Shelducks. (Janet Datchens).

Frampton     A GREAT WHITE EGRET, five CATTLE EGRETS and 15 Little Egrets on the flashes N of Splatt this morning. (Paul Masters).

Kingswood     Birds today included four Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler, three Grey Wagtails, two Dippers and a Kestrel. (Tom McCarthy).

Cheltenham     The Peregrine on ChristChurch tower is seen quite regularly now, this morning just before 10am it was circling the tower and suddenly flew at a passing crow which it chased until it disappeared low behind some houses. (David Norman).

Barnsley Warren SSSI      Site accessed via the stone stile at SP060053, two male Redstarts feeding together and another singing, two Ravens, three Buzzards, two Green Woodpeckers, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, two small parties of Bullfinches and several of both Linnets and Yellowhammers singing. (Steve Brown).

Ashley     Seven Willow Warblers, 16+ Yellowhammers, a Kestrel, 9+ Skylarks, six Blackcaps, three Buzzards, three Green Woodpeckers, two Grey Partridges, three Stock Doves, 120+ Fieldfares, 11 Chiffchaffs, four Great Spotted Woodpeckers, six Bullfinches and two Nuthatches today. (Mark Grieve).
