Coombe Hill Meadows     At 8pm nine Green Sandpipers and two Little Ringed Plovers. (Les Ditchburn).

Forest of Dean     A Hobby over Woorgreens Lake at 11:45am today. (Frank Williams). A Red Kite over a newly mown field at the Half Acre, Lydney today. (Anne Dobbs).

Frampton     A Hobby in the trees behind the Blue Pool at the east end of the Sailing Lake today. (Martin Harrison).

WWT Slimbridge     A Goshawk seen from the afternoon safari today. (Duerden Cormack).

Edge     At Rudge Hill NNR late afternoon 12 Linnets, three Whitethroats (juvs), two Green Woodpeckers and a Buzzard. (John Fletcher).

About The Gloster Birder

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
