Frampton     On the Sailing Lake early afternoon the GREAT WHITE EGRET, ten Little Egrets, a Green Sandpiper, the adult Yellow-legged Gull, 50+ Tufted Ducks, 12+ Teal, and two Grey Wagtails, 10+ Swallows, four Goldcrests and four Chiffchaffs. On the crop fields a Yellow Wagtail, 25 Pied Wagtails, a Meadow Pipit and 73 Linnets. At the Gravel Wash a flock containing three Chiffchaffs, four Goldcrests, a male Blackcap, a Treecreeper and 6+ Long-tailed Tits, also 12 Goldfinches, and two Green Woodpeckers along the poplar avenue. WWT Slimbridge     Two Dark-bellied Brent Geese with the Red-breasted Goose and the feral Barnacle Goose flock on the Bottom New Piece from Kingfisher hide. Also on the Top New Piece a Yellow Wagtail, a Sedge Warbler, two Water Rails and a Whimbrel heard. (Slimbridge Sightings). A GREAT WHITE EGRET flew N over the car park at 7:35am. (Julia Newth).

Nailsworth     VisMig this morning between 7:35-8:40am a Redwing, 260+ Swallows, 265+ House Martins, four Sand Martins, 81 Pipit sp, a Grey Wagtail, four alba Wagtails and a Wheatear all moving south. (Terry Grant).

Leckhampton     A Tawny Owl heard calling at 8:30pm until 8:45pm. (Joe Lewis).

Coombe Hill Meadows     50 Teal, ten Mallards, two Shovelers, eight Grey Herons, three Snipe, two Green Sandpipers, a Little Owl calling, 20 Swallows, a Meadow Pipit, a Stonechat, a Chiffchaff and 40 Goldfinches. (Mike Smart).
