Coombe Hill Meadows     Two female Stonechats at 11am. (Les Waring).

Berkeley shore     This morning on the ebbing tide 13 Oystercatcher, 25 Turnstones, 37 Golden Plovers, 18 Redshanks, c150 Dunlin and small numbers of Lapwing and Curlew. Also a JACK SNIPE, c30 Snipe, two Stonechats and a Cetti’s Warbler. (Paul Taylor).

Frampton pools     A Whooper Swan, a Yellow-legged Gull, a Shelduck, eight Great Crested Grebes, seven Shovelers, 21 Teal, 92 Tufted Ducks, 346 Coots, 37 Mallards, 112 Gadwalls, seven Little Grebes, 27 Mute Swans and a Lapwing this morning. (Nick Goatman).

Tuffley     A Brambling still coming to the garden, also a female Blackcap and two Coal Tits today. (Mark Hobson).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
