Cotswold Water Park East     A first-winter ICELAND GULL in the roost at Pit 125, Bowmoor Sailing Club this evening. Also an Oystercatcher. (Duncan Dine). Pic by Duncan.

Cotswold Water Park West     At Pit 16 this evening an adult Mediterranean Gull starting to show summer plumage and a Yellow-legged Gull. (Mark Dowie/John Grearson/Graham Lawlor). Earlier at 1:55pm the GREAT NORTHERN DIVER still and a male Goldeneye. (Martin Greenish).

Gloucester     The PENDULINE TIT at Plock Court, Longford still today at SO837204. Wellies recommended. Please keep a reasonable distance from the bird to allow it to feed in the ponds. (Susan Payne). At Saintbridge pond birds included 12 Teal, 40 Mallards, two Little Egrets, 15 Moorhens and 80 Black-headed Gulls. Nearby at Barnwood Park 32 Mallards and six Moorhens. (Gordon Avery).

Hasfield Ham     25 Snipe and c200 Lapwings this morning. (Martin Greenish).

Forest of Dean      Four Hawfinches at Parkend at 1pm in Crown Lane. (Pete Dovey).

Great Barrington     The ringtail HEN HARRIER being mobbed by a Raven near Miletree Clump at lunchtime today along the public footpath from Barrington trig point. (Andy Lewis).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
