Ashleworth Ham     The drake GREEN_WINGED TEAL again today at 2pm from Meerend Thicket hide. It flew off into the flooded fields to the right and was relocated there at 3:30pm but no further sign from 4pm. Also five Snipe and a pair of Peregrines on the pylon. Yesterday a Black-tailed Godwit. Other birds today included 250+ Lapwings, 36+ Shovelers, 130+ Teal, 275+ Wigeon, 38+ Pintails, 57+ Mallards, 123 Canada Geese, two Grey Herons, 28 Greylags, five Gadwalls, four Tufted Ducks, a Snipe and two Cormorants, also 200+ Fieldfares and 100+Redwings at Colways Farm. At Maisemore, 30+ Redwings and a Jay. (Mark Grieve).

Epney/Upper Framilode     The GLAUCOUS GULL again today sat on the sand spit at SO7543710742 between Epney and Upper Framilode from 8:30am until 3:50pm at least. Viewable from the riverside wall S of the Anchor Inn, Epney or from the river bank at St Peter’s Church, Upper Framilode but distant from both. (Phil Pope et al).

Gloucester     The PENDULINE TIT at Plock Court, Longford still today at SO837204. Wellies recommended. Please keep a reasonable distance from the bird to allow it to feed in the ponds. (James Kenny).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Birds today included nine Mute Swans, 50 Canada Geese, a Shelduck, at least 2000 Wigeon, at least 2000 Teal, two Gadwalls, 50 Mallards, at least 226 Pintails, at least 103 Shovelers, six Tufted Ducks, a Grey Heron, 25 Coots, an Oystercatcher, 120 Lapwings and a Curlew.
