Cotswold Water Park West     At Shorncote reed beds around Pits 85a and b early afternoon four Common Terns, 20 Black-headed Gulls, two Gadwalls, three Shovelers, two Greylags, four Grey Herons, two Little Egrets, two Cormorants, two Buzzards, a Hobby, a Lapwing, two Reed Warblers, 10+ Sedge Warblers, two Cetti’s Warblers, two Lesser Whitethroats, six Blackcaps, a Chiffchaff heard, five Swallows and five Reed Buntings. My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
