Cotswold Water Park West     At Shorncote Reedbed, frozen except for the river between 4-5pm two Little Egrets, 20 Teal, a Water Rail on the ice and 5-6 others heard, a Barn Owl hunting from 4:50pm, two Meadow Pipits, 50+ Redwings and Fieldfares, five Cetti’s Warblers calling and a Chiffchaff. Netheridge Farm     A Barn Owl hunting early morning today. (Mark Hobson).

Cranham    12 Bramblings in the garden at Overtown Farm with Chaffinches, Yellowhammers and House Sparrows today. (Pauhla Whitaker).

Forest of Dean     30 Hawfinches at Parkend today. (Roy Shilham).

Redbrook    Six Goosanders, a Kingfisher, a Grey Wagtail and three Cormorants along the river this morning. Also two Buzzards, a Raven and 16 Siskins. (Dave Smith).

Frampton     A Peregrine flying over and a Green Sandpiper along the River Frome today SO 7508. (Mike Smart).

Dudbridge     At 3:30 this afternoon of a Bewick’s Swan in flight. It circled for a few minutes before heading off in the general direction of Slimbridge. (Steve Pullen).

Nailsworth   A Red Kite over Walkley Wood ST 8499, heading SE, a Little Egret flying down the valley towards Avening and a female Grey Wagtail in the garden still. A Snipe flew over the recycling plant at Pyke Quarry at ST813981. A big finch flock at Twopence Spring at ST803968, including 200+ Linnets with Chaffinches. (Jake King).

Stroud     A Treecreeper, a Nuthatch and two Goldcrests in Stratford Park and Siskins in the park behind Tesco today. (Richard Williams).

Ozleworth   120+ Lapwings in a field S of the A4135 on Ozleworth Lane today. (Martin Saunders).

Lasborough     A Red Kite over the A46 at noon today. (Martin Saunders).

Gloucester     A female Blackcap in the garden at Linden. (James Barradine).
