Symonds Yat In the Yat Rock area today the resident Peregrine pair and another confirmed nesting pair nearby, a Hobby, a female Sparrowhawk, Buzzards, Ravens, a female Goosander with seven young, Swallows, House Martins, Swifts, Stock Doves, a Spotted Flycatcher, a male Blackcap, a Grey Heron, a Jay and a Pied Wagtail. Other sightings included five Fallow Deer, a Bank Vole, Rose Chafers, Brimstone and Common Blue butterflies. (Chris & Phil Andrews).
Frampton pools A Mediterranean Gull, a Yellow-legged Gull, two Great Black-backed Gulls, six Common Terns, a Great White Egret, a Siskin, two Lesser Whitethroats, six Whitethroats, 43 Blackcaps, 26 Chiffchaffs, two Yellow Wagtails, a Grey Wagtail, 15 Reed Warblers and 14 Swifts today.
