Frampton pools     This evening 13 Swifts, 20+ Sand Martins, a Common Sandpiper, a Green Sandpiper, five Common Terns, two Willow Warblers and three Yellow Wagtails over. (Nick Goatman).

Berkeley shore     A returning Wheatear, two Black-tailed Godwits, two Ringed Plovers and a Common Sandpiper this morning. (Martin Greenish/Michelle Davies).

Coombe Hill Meadows     At 4pm a Ruff, six Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper, 3/4 juvenile Redstarts calling, one seen and a juvenile Sparrowhawk food begging from a nest site. (Ian Hull).

WWT Slimbridge    From Zeiss hide today a SPOONBILL, 60 Avocets, a Little Stint, a Wood Sandpiper, two Knot, three Sanderlings, ten Ringed Plovers, a Common Sandpiper, a Snipe, a Greenshank and eight Cranes. Walmore Common     A juvenile Whinchat today. (Roberta Goodall/Dave Creber).

Cotswold Water Park East    A Great White Egret flew over Pit 126 at 8am, also a Common Sandpiper. A Green Sandpiper at the unmarked pit by Fairford airbase. (Duncan Dine).

Highnam     A Red Kite over Highnam roundabout at 9:55am. (Martin Vaisey).

Forest of Dean    At Soudley Ponds and Fernbrake Hill ten Mandarins, two adult and four juvenile Grey Wagtails, a juvenile Grey Heron, a Buzzard, a female Blackcap, a Kingfisher, a Green Woodpecker and a Great Spotted Woodpecker today. (Iain Crawford).

Maisemore     From Church Road around the pool and to the weir on the Severn late afternoon birds included the two released male Wood Ducks, the male Red Crested Pochard of origin unknown, 34 Mallards, male and female Tufted Duck, four Moorhens, two Mute Swans, five House Martins, two Swallows, four Sand Martins, two Stock Doves, three Goldfinches, three Great Spotted Woodpeckers and a Buzzard.
