Sharpness     A BLACK REDSTART at the end of Dock Road today. (Andy Jordan).

Snowshill     The GREAT GREY SHRIKE still along hedgerows near the village today. (Duncan Dine).

Forest of Dean    At Woorgreens Lake 35+ Snipe circling the site and nine Goosanders fishing, large numbers of Siskins and Lesser Redpolls in the Alders, the GREAT GREY SHRIKE on the heath still and six Stonechats. (Gavin Black).

WWT Slimbridge    Eight Pink-footed Geese on the spartina island and two juvenile Greenland White-fronted Geese with c20 Russian White-fronted Geese on the Dumbles. (Slimbridge Sightings). A partial albino Golden Plover in with the plover flock today from Kingfisher hide. This is the same bird seen at Shab Hill by Gord Avery on the 19th. (Paul Dunham). Pic by Paul.

Cheltenham     A Peregrine grooming in the sun on top of Christchurch at 9:30am and still sat there two hours later. (David Norman). Pic by David.

Witcombe Reservoirs     Seven Cormorants, a Grey Heron, four Little Grebes, four Great Crested Grebes, 26 Coots, a Moorhen, ten Greylags, 11 Mallards, four Tufted Ducks (2m, 2f) and 29 Black-headed Gulls today. (Paul Brunt).

Frampton     Around Nebrow Hill today two Buzzards, two Greenfinches, three Long-tailed Tits, two Redwings, ten Chaffinches, a Yellowhammer and 30 Chaffinches. From the canal path heading back to Ryalls Bridge a Song Thrush, a Goldcrest and two Common Cranes. (Paddy Doyle).
