Forest of Dean     At Crabtree Hill the GREAT GREY SHRIKE between 1pm and 2pm, at times showing well when perched, although for lengthy periods it would disappear into low vegetation. Frampton pools     24 Knot and an Egyptian Goose over, around the pools two Jack Snipes, 42 Snipe, a Merlin, a male Stonechat, 100+ Linnets, two Ravens, a male Pochard, a Grey Wagtail and two Common Cranes. (Nick Goatman).
