Frampton     The SPOTTED CRAKE again tonight at Splatt Bridge, calling briefly at 10pm. Listen from the gate on the towpath only. (Jonathan Bull).

Cotswold Water Park West     At Shorncote a Hobby, a Common Tern, c20 Gadwalls, a Kestrel, three Buzzards and four male Reed Buntings. On South Cerney playing field an Oystercatcher and a Mistle Thrush. (Richard Williams).

Frampton pools     The Common Terns have 3 and 2 young, a second pair of Black-headed Gulls have 2 young and a Treecreeper was feeding young. (Nick Goatman).

Purton    Eight Crossbills, three Siskins, two Whimbrels, a second-calendar year Mediterranean Gull and a Red Kite this morning. (Francis Steuck).

WWT Slimbridge    On South Lake 102 adult and 28 juvenile Avocets, 14 Black-tailed Godwits, three Little Ringed Plovers, six Oystercatchers, a Common Tern and the female Pintail. From Zeiss hide four Ruff, 39 Black-tailed Godwits, a Greenshank and c40 Redshanks. (Slimbridge Sightings).
