Frampton     At Court Lake an  adult Mediterranean Gull on Court field also good numbers of young Black-headed Gulls. Also a Hobby hunting over the lake, the Ross’s Goose still and eight Swifts this evening. (Nick Goatman).

Saul Warth     This afternoon 104+ Avocets, 48 Curlews, ten Oystercatchers and an adult Mediterranean Gull. (Gordon Hodgson).

Tresham     A QUAIL again between Tresham and the A46, heard from an iron
gate at ST804907 at 5:45pm, also a Little Owl again at 7pm at Burden Court Farm. (Vic Polley).

WWT Slimbridge     At Middle Point Slimbridge, on the high tide 37+ Shelducks, two Grey Herons, a Little Egret, two Cormorants, a Peregrine, a Kestrel, 13 Oystercatchers, three Dunlins, a Knot, c270 Curlews and a Greenshank. (Mike Smart).

Middleyard     A Red Kite over at 5pm. (Simon Spedding).

Forest of Dean     A female Emperor Dragonfly eating a Meadow Brown butterfly and a male Golden-ringed Dragonfly near Woorgreens lake this morning. (Roger Wasley).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
