Longney     A Wheatear, 2+ Reed Warblers, two Chiffchaffs, 120+ Linnets, 25+ Stock Doves, a juvenile Peregrine and 220+ Canada Geese this afternoon. (MK).

Haresfield Beacon      This morning three Tree Pipits and two Redstart. Far fewer Whitethroats and Willow Warblers today. (Rich Hearn).

Nailsworth     Four Swifts circling high above the house at 1pm. (Terry Grant). Three Grey Herons and a Kingfisher at Ruskin Mill. (K Fletcher).

Cam Peak     Three Swifts over this afternoon. (Jonathan Bull).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This afternoon three Whinchats, a Great White Egret and a Wheatear on hay bales near Snipe Pool. A few Sedge Warblers along the canal still. (Ian Hull). A female Kingfisher and juveniles fishing together this morning. (Sophie Harris).

Daneway    At least two Marsh Tits in the Sapperton Valley this morning. (Paul Masters).

Longford     A Wheatear this evening at SO8321. (Jim Northcott).

Guscar Rocks     315 Curlews at high tide. 25 rings read, three head-started birds from Slimbridge 2019, one bird caught at Twyning in April 2021, one bird ringed on the Lugg in Herefordshire in April 2021. Also 20 birds from the catches at Wibdon near Chepstow between 2010 and 2013. All of them had previously been sighted this autumn, so new ones, but nice confirmation that they are staying put and showing site fidelity. Also a Whimbrel and a ten Yellow Wagtails. (Mike Smart).

Ebley to Stonehouse   A Grey Wagtail at Ebley Mill. A Kingfisher at Ryeford. A female Sparrowhawk over Bridgend. A Kingfisher at the Ocean. A Dipper, a Grey Wagtail and a Goldcrest at Beards Mill. (Paul Sutton).
